2 blocks walking from the historic downtown. Youre not getting any closer. The staff is soooo attentive and kind. Andy, the evening bartender was so fun, kind, and with it. I will come back just for him. Rooms are a LOT bigger than normal because it's an older hotel. Also. It's a vintage hotel. There is nuance, single panel windows, outdated floor design, weird parking lot. ITS AN OLD HOTEL. I work corporate hotels. Literally, they have done everything right in renovations and design. The beds/dressers/linen etc/ bar, lobby, exterior design, have been updated as much as possible. And done REALLY WELL for a hotel built in forever ago. I will be staying here multiple times and It's not even my own corporate chain.

Shawndra at the front desk was amazing. Even during a very busy late-night shift, she stayed composed, organized, and handled multiple guests at once with professionalism and efficiency. Her work ethic truly stood out and deserves recognition.

Had a good experience at Delta hotels. From the start Amanda was incredibly helpful and understanding of my special requests at check in. You could tell that customer service was important to her and she really helped me out. The hotel is a little dated but I appreciate the exceptional customer service over anything else. Great job Amanda, and Delta Hotels!

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The gentleman who helped me check in on 2/24 around 12:30AM was so pleasant and helpful. Location was convenient, parking was easy, and the room was great. I’d definitely come back if I’m in this area again!

Had a very pleasant business stay. The staff at the hotel are incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, even with receiving large and heavy packages at the front desk. I've had worse customer service and treatment at 5-star luxury hotels. In fact, my experience here was of one of the best run hotels I've seen regardless of price category. Will definitely be staying here for follow up trips.
